BEGINNERSIntro to Pole Dancing
This class is ideal for students who are pole dancing for
the first time.
Women of all body types, ages and fitness levels are invited
to begin their journey into exotic dance. Experience intoxicating floor work, pole poses, and
basic spins. Learn how to create a flow of energy between the movements. We
cover pole safety, which includes, proper stretching, hand positioning, posture
and movement control.
Experienced Beginners
This class is ideal for students who have taken a few pole
classes or have some yoga/dance training.
As you build your pole dance skills, you will increase your overall
muscle tone and strength. We offer
nothing but positive support and encouragement as you explore exotic dance.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Intermediate
Experienced pole dancers are invited to this upward bound pole class.
We focus on core and upper body conditioning to prepare students for
climbing and inversions. We will continue to develop a sultry dance
flow and freestyle dance technique. You will have the opportunity to
participate in an optional class performance. Choose your own costume, music, and props and express yourself through dance!

Intermediate/Advanced
The beginning of each class focuses on strength and flexibility
training. We will continue to develop control and grace with the
intermediate moves and introduce more dance combinations. We will also
play with aerial pole moves.

ADVANCED CLASSES
Advanced
Students must be able to easily climb and invert on the
pole. We continue to defy gravity,
creating a graceful and athletic dance flow. You will have the opportunity to strut your stuff in an
optional class performance. Please
check with your instructor to ensure that your are prepared for these classes.
