After I purchase a class package, how many times a week can I attend class?
When you sign up for a class package, you can attend classes (that suit your skill level) as frequently as you like.  You can set up your own schedule.  Use the Online Scheduler to make your class reservations.

What about the unlimited class package?
An unlimited class package allows you to take as many pole classes as your heart desires for one month.  Your package activates on the day of your first scheduled class.   For example, if you attend the first class of your package on May 15, your package will expire on June 15.

Which class level is best for me?
First time students should attend the Intro to Pole class.  We recommend at least four Level 1 Pole Dance classes before students move up to Level 2.  We encourage students to move through the class levels at their own pace.   Please consult with your instructor before moving up to the next level.
Click here to see a description of our class levels.

What if I cannot attend one of my scheduled classes?
Use the online scheduler to cancel your class reservation.
Class cancellations MUST occur at least 8 hours in advance of the class start time.  In the case of a late cancellation, students will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee for each missed class.  Cancellation fees must be paid within one week of the missed class or class packages will be suspended.  a) Students with a series package will redeem their class credits once fees are paid.  b) Students get one freebie per month.

What do I wear or bring to class?
1. A yoga mat
2. A bottle of water
3. Ladies dress comfortably. Yoga pants and tank tops are best.
4. For intermediate and advanced classes you will need sports shorts or hot shorts.  Bare legs are necessary to grip the pole for climbing and inversions.
5. Cloth style knee pads (optional). These protect your knees during floor work and can be  purchased at any sporting goods store for around $10.

Please DO NOT wear any body lotions or oils to class as it makes the pole slippery and dangerous.

Exotic dance stilettos are recommended to get the best movement around the pole.
You are welcome to take classes in dance shoes or barefoot.   Jazz shoes are also acceptable.

You do not need dance experience to join an Intro to Pole class.  We start with a gentle warm up to help develop strength and flexibility.  Pole classes start with simple movements that anyone can master.  From there, you will build your pole dance skills step by step, week by week.

What is the advantage of taking private lessons?
Private lessons allow you and the instructor to focus on your particular interests and needs.  Private lessons may also include lap dance or burlesque instruction.  Extremely athletic women and trained dancers often find it rewarding to learn the moves at a faster pace.  Students with injuries may find in helpful to work on adapting the moves to accommodate the body's healing process. In a private lesson, we can moves through the material as slow or as fast as the students requires.
