Payment and Policy
Please read and be sure that you understand the policy before you register for a class.

Payment Policy
1. Cash and check payments ONLY are accepted in class. 
 If you plan to use a credit or debit card, please pay            online.

2. Prices are subject to change.

 
3. All payments are non-refundable.

  
Packages

1. You have 1 MONTH after your first scheduled class to use your four class package.


2. You have 1 MONTH after your first scheduled class to use your eight class package.

3. Your monthly package will be start on the day of your first scheduled class and end on the same date in the following month.  For example March 10 - April 10.


Extensions on Class Packages
Extensions will only be granted in cases of illness or injury.  You must contact Heather to request an extension, and you must provide a note from your doctor confirming your injury/disability. 


Attendance and Registration

YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO ATTEND CLASSES.  PLEASE MAKE AN APPT BY 5:00PM THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.   Please contact Heather to schedule your classes.

2. You may attend any class on any day, that suits your skill level. 


3. It is best to submit your intended schedule for the month at at the time that you purchase your package. 

4. You can re-schedule a class by emailing heather@lusciousmaven.com.  Please submit these changes by 5:00pm the day before the class you plan to cancel.


5. If you fail to reschedule your class by 5:00 the day before your missed class, you will incur a $20 cancellation fee. 

6. It is recommended that you attend 4 Intro classes before you move up to Beginners.  You should take at least 10 classes in the Beginners level before you move to Intermediate.

8. Re-scheduling a class package due to illness or injury.
If you are unable to use your class package due to physical injury or ill health, you can reschedule your classes for up to one year from the purchase date.  In the case of ongoing physical disability, you may transfer your package to a friend or family member.   In order to make these changes, you must contact Heather and inform her of your situation.
